FREE Postage for orders over $75.00 (within Australia only)

This is for standard postage only and does not include receipted delivery or insurance. Standard postage is not trackable and, in the event that your parcel does not arrive, 123 Scrapbook is not responsible for this loss.

International Postage - International Postage is charged at actual rates.  You will be sent an email advising of postage charges prior to processing your order.

2. $3.00 extra for Registered Postage anywhere in Australia

Registered Post includes a unique identification number for your article, proof of postage when lodged over the counter, signature upon delivery and insurance to the value of $100.00. We strongly recommend that you consider this option for your parcel to cover any loss

3. $1.15 per $100 or part thereof for additional insurance

If your items are worth more than $100.00 we strongly recommend you consider taking out additional insurance. A small price to pay for peace of mind.

DELIVERY

All orders are picked and processed in order of receipt of payment. Payments must be cleared through our bank before your items are ‘picked’ from the shelves. You will receive an email from us advising that your order is being processed.

We ship orders via Australia Post every day from Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays). We aim to post your order no later that the next working day after your payment has been cleared. You will receive an email to advise that your order has been shipped.

Receipt of your order to your home is determined by Australia Post. As we have no control over Australia Post we cannot guarantee the delivery date of your order.
