Hessian Flowers
Items Need:
Hessian
Green Tara Paper String
Paint (to match your Layout)
Scissors,
Chipboard
Glue
Different sized circles
Pencil
Glue dots or double sided tape
Step One
Take your different sized circles and tace them on to your hessian
I was going to use three, but they ended up being to big!
So I just used the two smaller one

Step Two and three
Cut out your circles
Then paint both side with you chosen coloured paints and allow to dry.

Step four
Once they have dried
Start to fray the ends, by pulling out the fibbers till your have a nice frayed edge that you’re happy with, then using glue dots or double sided tape,
adhere the two together, placing the smaller circle on top of the lager circle

Step five
Now punch out 3 circles, I used a ¾ inch punch
If you don’t have a punch, you can cut them free hand, as it will not show when you have finished

Now add a good amount of glue to your chipboard centres
You then take your
Green Tara Paper String
http://123scrapbook.com.au/category508_1.htmand starting in the centre, wrap it till you have covered all of your chipboard circles,
Pressing the string into the glue as you go, when the chipboard is totally covered,
just cut the end with your scissors.
Now adhere to the centre of your hessian flowers
I have inked one of my centres to match the flowers in the paper on my layout
