I have a question please Wilma

If you are bidding on an item & you have been out bid can you then bid on something else or not?

I know if the winning bidder doesn't have the $$$ the next person wins but if you have been outbid by a few bidders can you then just move to another item or does your scrapcash have to stay on the 1 thing?

You can bid on as many items as you like.  So if you are bidding on an item and someone else outbids you you may not have enough cash to place a higher bid or you may not want to bid more for the item.  You can then go and bid on another item.  You can bid on as many items as you like and spread your cash around or you can bid it all on one item - the choice is yours.
You will be able to see all the bids as they are posted.

Is the Auction thing being run during Mon's Cyber Nights I didn't realise that if that is so, thought that was a sep thingy at another date ?   as there was a change from 1 night to 3 was kind of thinking how can I do that, have read the auction thingy and because the brain cells AWOL thinking oh   but if so I coildn't keep up

The auction is being run from 8am Friday morning right through until 6pm on Sunday night when the threads for the auction items will be locked and we will check the winners before announcing at the CC.

So the bidding takes place in the thread of each item?

Yes Beth.  Each thread will be opened up at 8am tommorrow morning (or thereabouts).  You place a bid on the items that you wish to by making a post under the item with the amount you wish to bid.  Someone may then outbid you if they wish so then you need to go back and place another higher bid if you wish to win that item.

You may bid on as many items as you wish over the course of the weekend and bidding will close off at 6pm on Sunday night.  You just need to ensure you have the Scrapcash to cover your bids.  The highest bidder on each item will be the winner.  If the highest bidder does not have the cash to cover their bid(s) the item will be won by the next highest bidder.
