Good morning!  Grin

It's Tuesday again, and the rain has stopped at last (doesn't really look like it's stopped for long though).

My ironing pile had grown hugely lately, so besides a little bit of chipboard covering - and maybe a trip to the shops to get a couple of things I need for Angel ATC's  Wink - I think I'm stuck behind the ironing board today. Oh yes, and the leaves in the pool are getting out of control too [Sigh].

Hope you all have a good one!  Smiley

could do with a Nana nap - no sleep in this morning
DS2 needed to be at school BY 7am - so that meant I took the other 2 to school later at a more reasonable time

took DS2's new (as in he has used it for 2 weeks) HP laptop back to HN
totally pissed - Hubby has spent hours installing all the needed programs and protections on it and it DON'T work now
apparently the hard drive is dead and it will take weeks to get it back all fixed up
mutter mutter

Happy mail from the States - some yummy punches.

It rained this morning quite heavily but the sun it out this afternoon - thank goodness.

Found out via Facebook that I was going to be a MIL - but now I am not. Seems that the happy couple did not realise how upset families (hers - since I did not know at all  Grin and therefore could not get upset  Shocked ) tend to get when they find out the happy news via a Facebook page. Lmao - teenagers.

Sigh - anyone want a spare teen?? It's a 2 for 1 deal - you get the GF attached at the hip with him!!

sigh - just back from the morning school run - t'was later than I wanted to be and spent 10 mins just crawling in line to the school gates.
I HATE peak hour school traffic.

Going back for a nap for an hour or so (did not sleep well last night) and then getting up to do some stuff.
Taking DS1 to TAFE at lunch and then on to the computer store to get me a new DVD player. Ours had a small accident and has to be replaced.  Shocked

Gonna buy me some flower fluff stuff - cannot remember it's name (flower soft??). Want to make a mossy look for a chippy lightpost I have to go with some of the green 7 Gypsies papers.

By the time I get back from all this (the computer place is a half hour away) it will be time for the pm school run. Sigh.

Then I will need to supervise someone's physics experiment re-write (translation - make him go do it) since I totally trashed his original version last night when I drafted it for him. DS2 hates me drafting, cause I make him do more than his own teacher does - he thinks I have a red pen addiction. Lmao My response is that I KNOW what he is capable of doing when he is not being lazy and his teacher does not - so that is why I ask for more.

Right at this moment though I am happily browsing through a box of scrappy goodness (mostly charms and smaller stuff like that) I got this morning.

I love my flower soft Ngaire!! It's very addictive  Cheesy
Well, we had one heck of a storm today. Our backyard was flooded-again. We lost power for about 4 hours and silly old me left Emily's window open while we did the school run so now her carpet stinks  Shocked
It was a looooooooooooong day.

It poured here last night & that is probably an understatement!! I think i had better drive the 4WD to work today as i am expecting to drive through some water somewhere.

DD #1 starts Uni today Smiley So i will be thinking of her all day & hoping her 1st day goes well.

After work i will be getting some essentials in Coles as another lot of torrential rain is expected this arvo. If this continues we may get cut off from town for a day or two.

Hope you all have a great day & those of you in SE QLD stay dry. Take Care!

I love waking up to the sound of rain!!  Hate driving in it though Sad  It's raining pretty heavily here too - must get the kids ready a little earlier cause I can imagine the traffic.

I'm planning on scrapping today after the housework is finished. Making some charms to hang from my tags and mini albums. Should be fun!

Hope you all have a lovely day and stay dry Smiley

Raining here off and on all day too.

Just fiddled today. Bits and pieces.

Had to take some photos of some layouts - horrid weather for it - not happy Jan with the finished photos, but no choice really as I need them to email off.

At least the March Inspiration challenge is up now.

A little scrapping tonight too I think - again just fiddling about.

I also need to update everyone I can think of with our new email address - sigh, there are so many 'odd and sometimes only' email things that I am sure to forget to update someone important.
