you could try searching for heat embossing techniques on youtube Michele  :)there are lots of great tutorial and ideas there Smiley

Just embossed a star for this LO this morning using Ngaire's tip of holding it above the toaster.
 
It embossed OK (i think, newbie embosser Embarrassed), but when the toaster popped up it scared the *%^@ out of me! Grin  :Smiley  Grin

It's not my best creation, but i've certainly done worse Undecided Will put the finishing touches on it later & get DD to upload tonight.

Thanks Teina for getting me out of my comfort zone & making me try something new Smiley

Just a quick question.  When you say no flowers, does this mean anything you use can't have flowers in them either.  I have just about finished my project only to be completely horrified that the stamp I used (Kaisercraft Flora and Fauna) has itsy bitsy flowers in it  Shocked. I really wasn't thinking when i used it.  It can be fixed, I just thought I would check anyway.


Loving the gallery uploads so far ladies, you are all  very creative.

I have finished yay.  I have been a bit unmotivated this week but atleast it is done. Now to clean up the glittery mess that I have left on my desk.  I swear I am never toughing glitter again....Ngaire if you want some more glitter let me know, you can have mine  Grin
