Round 2 Glitter & Embossing Powders

So you have to use Glitter and Embossing Powders
and the Twist is No Flowers on your layout

Well we just require you use glitter and embossing powders - if you have a new way of using them other than what they were actually designed for that is totally up to you.  We encourage everyone to be creative in their approach. You have me interested now!!!!!!

Don't get too excited Wilma!  :  I haven't come up with anything new creative wise - i've just never tried embossing

DH has a heat gun that he said i could borrow so you just might see a burnt patch on my LO yet

No flowers is a very tricky twist    Between that & embossing this may prove to be harder for me than grunge :

and why not try a little embossing with that heat gun on  a scap piece card or paper first
then you want have a burnt spot on your lauout

That's what is so great about these challenges, they make us try new things!!  I'm grateful to have a layout without flowers!!!...but glitter is a challenge for me.  All good fun!!

And OMG Wilma, I think I need my heat gun now!!!!!   Is consideration given for embossing using only a toaster?   I'm hoping my neighbour across the road might have a heat gun I can borrow!!....time to take some cake over for morning tea LOL!  .

well a burnt patch on your layout could be considered to be quite grungy.  I remember back in the oooooold days we used to burn the edges of paper for maps for school projects.
