I am nearly finished mine but not sure that i like it  :

just a quick question - are we allowed to use recycled layouts for the comp ( aka layouts that have been used in other comps, newsletters etc?)

Hi Jhancock

As specified in the rules (listed below) your work cannot be recycled.


1.  Each project must contain the nominated feature product and meet the TWIST criteria.
2.  Your project can be anything you choose - layout - off the page - card etc
3.  Only one project per person per round may be submitted.
4.  Each project must be your own original work and not featured on any other gallery, blog or magazine.
5.  Project must be posted to the correct folder in the gallery by Midnight AEST on the due date to be considered.
6.  Each project round must be completed.
7  The decisions made will be final and no further correspondence will be entered into.

Just wanted to ask a quick question......hope its not a silly one lol


For the challenges coming up (texture paste and alcohol inks) can we use alternatives if we dont have these items? Or do we need to buy them in order to still be able to join in?

You will need to use the featured products that are specified in each section of the competition..  So the answere is YES you will need to purchase or beg or borrow these products for the challenges.
