Are you travelling over seas or do you have a friend
Travelling then why not make them a special little folder
That will keep all things important in one place
Keep in mind that when you travel over seas
You have to keep it light as you’re only aloud 20kgs
And it is $40 a kg for anything over that
Here is one I made I have used a sheet of 16in x 20in card
That I brought from my local Newsagent
I just cut it down, folded it to make pockets
Then covered it using Lime Ricky Papers
I also made a little address book

My daughter spent two years travelling the UK and Europe
And while she was away she sent home a lot of post cards
So I made this Expanding Folder to hold all the post card she sent me
I found a postcard that matched the Lime Ricky Papers
Then I glued it to the Front
Love how it turned out
I have also Posted a Step By Step so you can make one of these Awesome folders

I have based these next two ideas on a trip My Husband and I took
A few years back, We drove inland to Adelaide and the took the Coast road home
We all usually take to many photos when we take a trip
So I Embellish a CD tip to keep your special memories in

I used Basic Grey Lime Rickey - Orange Cream
Which I have stamped with Prima College Clear Stamp - Opus
http://www.123scrapbook.com.au/prod2773.htm
And a Tim Holtz which I just stamped in the Corners
http://www.123scrapbook.com.au/category673_1.htm
I have also used Tim Holtz Alcohol Inks
http://www.123scrapbook.com.au/category624_1.htm
On the sides of the tin

This Little Diary is inspired buy the Colourful Beach Huts, We saw on our trip home

I made a temple to look like a Hut
I used this to  cut out two Huts from a sheet 12 x 12 chipboard
http://www.123scrapbook.com.au/category147_1.htm
I riped up a pizza box, to get the corrugated card
I then painted it with Tim Holtz Distress Crackle Paint
http://www.123scrapbook.com.au/category623_1.htm
I have also used some of the Collection Little houses
http://www.123scrapbook.com.au/category317_1.htm
As templates  to create the smaller huts
I also used the template to cut out 5 sheets of paper which I inked
With Tim Holtz Distress inks to match the Lime Ricky Papers
